Responsible for providing input, making recommendations, approvals, and rendering decisions regarding various aspects of the instructional program of the school and school's operations.
Works towards fulfilling district vision and mission.
Ensures effective organizational  planning for the school.
Assist in analyzing results and deciding on recommendations based on research.
Monitors financial reports at each meeting.
Ensures the school's performance-based goals and measurable objectives in the charter are met.
Responsible for complying with and carrying out provisions of the charter, including compliance with all applicable laws.
A part of advocacy efforts.
